Individual Life Stories
From start to finish, the story of one person’s life.
Unless otherwise requested, these are first-person narratives that read like autobiographies, with effort made to keep the language in the author’s unique voice.
Naturally, the majority of the book will come from direct interviews with its subject. However, we love to interview friends and family for additional perspective.
Multi-Subject Life Stories
Life stories with at least two principal subjects. This is a popular format for the shared story of a long-married couple, but it could also be appropriate for siblings, best friends, longtime work partners, or any other group of two or more people whose lives overlap.
Tribute Books
Books that celebrate and honor the memories of lost loved ones. Include thoughts from those who knew your loved one best. We’ll interview as many people as you’d like.
Share the photos, newspaper articles, recipes, and anything else that illustrates the person’s legacy alongside the narrative we’ll put together.
Remember - this is just a place to start. If your idea doesn’t quite fit in one of these categories, let us know and we’ll give you an honest assessment of whether we think it makes sense to use us.
Already Started?
We can pick up partially-completed projects. Share with us what you have and we’ll put a plan together to finish the missing pieces. We make sure the writing style remains consistent.
Audio Memoirs
Complement the book with the audio file that includes all interviews conducted on the subject.
Family Histories
Though we’re not historians or genealogists, we love writing family histories as far back as your particular family tree permits. Typically this supplements a story in one of our core formats. But talk to us if you’d like it to be the exclusive focus of your book.
